On August 16, 2019, the body of a man identified as James Bell was discovered in East Point, Georgia. He was found unresponsive by his roommate, who notified the authorities. Bell, a Black male, did not have any immediate identification, leading to a case that remains challenging due to limited available information about his personal and medical history. It is not currently known if Bell had any underlying health conditions or other factors that may have contributed to his untimely demise.
