On August 28, 2016, the body of Kevin Hugh Fowler, a 58-year-old male, was found in Tacoma, Washington. Fowler passed away from natural causes at Tacoma General Hospital. The Pierce County Medical Examiner's Office (PCMEO) assumed responsibility for his remains, initiating a thorough search to locate any living relatives. Despite the exhaustive efforts made by the agency, no family members could be identified or contacted.
