On April 26, 2017, the body of a 65-year-old male, identified as John Phillip Stone, was discovered at his residence in Puyallup, Washington. The Pierce County Medical Examiner's Office, located at 3619 Pacific Avenue, Tacoma, Washington, handled the case under agency case number 17-0916 with Namus ID: UCP5357. Following a thorough investigation, it was determined that Mr. Stone had died of natural causes.
