On February 20, 1981, an unidentified male, later known as Sam Rodriguez, collapsed unexpectedly while inside a restaurant in Midwest City, Oklahoma. He was rushed to a nearby hospital, but unfortunately, he did not survive. The circumstances surrounding his death were both sudden and tragic, leaving many questions unanswered.
