Teodore Bosca was a 71-year-old man who passed away from natural causes at his residence in Roy, Washington, on August 23, 2018. Originally from Romania, he had no known family residing in the United States at the time of his death. This absence of family presented challenges for the Pierce County Medical Examiner's Office (PCMEO) as they undertook efforts to identify any relatives who could take responsibility for Bosca and make decisions regarding his final arrangements.
