In a case that has remained unresolved for over a decade, William Hargrove was discovered in distress within a Newark, New Jersey homeless shelter on February 24, 2010. After being found unresponsive, he was promptly transported to St. Michael’s Medical Center (SMMC) in an attempt to save his life.
