On October 5, 2004, the body of an unidentified male, later referred to as James Ingram, was discovered in Fullerton, California. The discovery prompted an investigation led by the Orange County Sheriff Coroner's office. Despite thorough efforts, the authorities were unable to identify any next of kin or close associates to claim James Ingram's body, leaving him unclaimed for an extended period.
