Nathan Walton, an unclaimed individual known only by his Namus ID UCP475, was discovered in a dire state on February 14, 2013, near the bustling intersection of Forsyth and Carnegie Streets in Atlanta, Georgia. Walton, who was experiencing homelessness at the time, was found unconscious and unresponsive. Despite efforts to save him, he was later pronounced dead in the emergency room of Grady Hospital.
