On March 24, 2015, the body of Ruth-Lavern Wolford was discovered in Boise, Idaho, in the privacy of her apartment. She had passed away of natural causes, but her absence had gone unnoticed until her rent remained unpaid for the month. This delayed discovery of her demise brought to light a somber situation—no next of kin could be located to claim her.
