On June 28, 2016, the body of a man later identified as Rickey Steven Osborn was discovered near Sierra Blanca, Texas. Osborn was involved in a tragic accident while riding his bicycle on Interstate 10, where he was struck by a vehicle. The impact of the collision left him with significant injuries.
