In January of 2017, the community of Middletown, Connecticut, was stirred by the discovery of an unidentified deceased woman. She was found on January 9th, and initial investigations commenced to uncover her identity and any connections. Known posthumously as Kathleen Fortuna, the Namus database assigned her the ID: UCP3595. Her physical characteristics were noted as being 5'8" in height and weighing 218 pounds.
