On January 12, 2017, the body of Charles Earnest Kadlec was discovered in Boise, Idaho, after a home health care professional was unable to get a response from him and requested a welfare check through the Boise Police Department. During the welfare check, officers found Kadlec deceased at his residence. The case, identified by Namus ID UCP3433, has since been managed by the Ada County Coroner’s Office under agency case number 170113-152PA.
