On the morning of April 7th, 2017, a perplexing situation unfolded in Chicopee, Massachusetts, with the sudden and unexpected collapse of David Richard Roy. The incident took place at a bus stop located at 705 Meadow Street, where the decedent, en route to work, was found in a lifeless state.
