On August 4, 2023, the body of Jose Seferino Pimentel was discovered in his apartment, located in San Juan, Puerto Rico. Despite efforts to identify next of kin or family members, his case remains an unclaimed person. The circumstances surrounding his death have prompted an investigation by the Institute of Forensic Sciences of Puerto Rico.
