Stephen Dwayne Hilton, a resident of Villa Del Rio nursing home in Lynwood, California, was found in a deteriorated state on the morning of March 19, 2025. Staff noted he appeared more lethargic than usual around 5:30 a.m., prompting an emergency call to 911. He was transported to St. Francis Medical Center, where medical personnel attempted lifesaving measures throughout the day. Despite their efforts, Mr. Hilton was pronounced deceased at 3:11 p.m. that same afternoon.
