On August 14, 2025, the body of a male identified as Glenn Vincent Hafer was discovered in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico. Emergency services transported him to a local hospital, but he was found with no vital signs upon arrival. Despite efforts to resuscitate, Hafer was pronounced deceased shortly thereafter. The circumstances surrounding his death remain unclear, and no immediate next of kin were identified at the time of discovery.
