Shirley Faini, a female decedent, was discovered unresponsive on July 27, 2025, following an unwitnessed fall at her nursing home in Everett, Massachusetts. Emergency services transported her to a nearby hospital, where she arrived in cardiac arrest. Despite resuscitation efforts, she remained in asystole and was ultimately pronounced dead.
