On July 20, 2022, the body of William Baylis Bussey was discovered in Dallas, Texas. He was officially pronounced deceased in the same city, and his case has since been entered into the National Missing and Unidentified Persons System under the ID UCP148539. Despite efforts to identify and locate his next of kin, authorities have yet to make contact with any relatives or close associates. As of now, Bussey remains an unclaimed person, and the search for his family continues.
