On July 4, 1998, an unknown male was discovered unresponsive on the streets of New York City. Emergency Medical Services (EMS) responded promptly to the scene and found the man, who appeared to be homeless. Despite their efforts, the man could not be revived and was transported to North General Hospital. Tragically, upon arrival, he was pronounced deceased, bringing a somber conclusion to his untold story.
