On April 6, 2015, the body of a deceased male identified as Russell Craig Minor was discovered in Dallas, Texas. He was formally pronounced dead in the same city, and the circumstances surrounding his death led to the initiation of an unclaimed person case. Despite efforts by authorities, his next of kin had not been located or identified at the time the report was filed.
