On August 25, 2015, the body of a male individual, identified as Charles Frank Davis, was discovered in Dallas, Texas. He was officially pronounced deceased in Dallas, and despite efforts to learn more about his background, his case remains listed in the National Missing and Unidentified Persons System under the ID UCP145920.
