On October 21, 2015, the body of a man later identified as Danny Richard Brooks was discovered in Garland, Texas. Despite efforts to trace his background and family, Brooks remains an unclaimed person. His death was officially pronounced in Dallas, Texas, and the case has since been under the jurisdiction of the Southwestern Institute of Forensic Science.
