On November 19, 2015, the body of William Allan Clark was discovered in Dallas, Texas. He was subsequently pronounced deceased within the city. Despite efforts to identify and locate any next of kin, Mr. Clark remained an unclaimed person, prompting continued outreach by authorities to uncover familial connections or anyone who may have known him.
