On November 23, 2019, the body of a male individual named Roger Oguin was discovered in Dallas, Texas. Following the discovery, he was officially pronounced deceased in the same city. As of this writing, Mr. Oguin remains an unclaimed person, and efforts are ongoing to locate and identify any next of kin who may be able to assist in final arrangements or provide additional information about his background.
