Richard Leblanc, a 49-year-old White male experiencing homelessness in Santee, California, was found deceased on the morning of June 15, 2025. Known to reside in a tent along a trail in the area, Richard’s life came to a tragic end under circumstances that highlight the vulnerability of those living without shelter. His body was discovered by another transient individual who, upon finding Richard unresponsive, sought help from a nearby convenience store.
