On December 3rd, 2013, the body of a male identified as Melvin Dwayne Edwards was found in Dallas, Texas. After being officially pronounced deceased in the city, the case was entered into the National Missing and Unidentified Persons System under ID UCP145402. Despite the identification of Mr. Edwards, efforts to locate and notify his next of kin have remained unsuccessful.
