John Bracaglia III was discovered on August 18, 2017, outside a residence in Youngstown, Ohio, in an incoherent state. Authorities responded to the situation, and he was transported to St. Elizabeth's Hospital in Youngstown for medical care. After receiving treatment at the hospital, he was later released to Hospice House, where his condition ultimately led to his passing.
