On the evening of February 27, 2025, Glendale Police Officers arrived at a facility for an unrelated matter. As they surveyed the room, they noticed a woman seated in a chair, slumped forward against a windowsill. She was unresponsive, and a white foamy discharge appeared to be emanating from her nose.
