On September 30, 1976, the body of an unidentified white male was discovered floating face down in Lake Michigan near 900 North Lincoln Memorial Drive in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Authorities recovered the deceased, but no identification was found on him. The only distinctive marking was a tattoo on his upper left arm that read "Norm" in script writing, offering a small clue to his identity.
