On November 5, 2014, a female body was discovered in Piedmont, South Carolina. Identified as Dena Wilbanks Phillips, her case remains one of heartbreak and mystery. An investigation revealed that her death was classified as accidental, resulting from polydrug toxicity, a condition caused by the combined effects of multiple drugs in her system. Despite these findings, Dena's remains have remained unclaimed to this day, and she was subsequently given an indigent cremation.
