On August 6, 2024, the body of Joseph William Krueger, an elderly man, was discovered in his secured residence in Burbank, California. Known for being a recent retiree from the Burbank Unified School District, Joseph had been a longstanding member of the community. On the previous day, he had mentioned experiencing stomach pain to a neighbor, who later found him unresponsive and promptly alerted emergency services.
