On October 1, 2024, the peaceful community of West Hollywood, California, was shaken by the discovery of an unclaimed individual, Dennis Charles Woodruff. Neighbors had grown concerned after not seeing Dennis since Sunday, September 29, 2024, at approximately 2:00 PM. Their concern prompted a call to 911, seeking a welfare check on the usually social and amiable resident, whose sudden absence was alarming.
