On February 4, 2025, in Houston, Texas, the body of Dexter Lee James was discovered and subsequently transported to St. Joseph Medical Center Hospital. Unfortunately, Mr. James passed away following his arrival at the medical facility. Despite efforts to trace his origins and personal associations, his death has become a matter of concern due to the absence of any identified next of kin willing or able to claim him.
