In the late winter of 1996, a body was discovered near the busy I-17 freeway in Phoenix, Arizona. This individual was later identified as Bill Jarecke. Despite the passage of time, the case of Bill Jarecke remains open and unclaimed, leaving numerous questions unanswered regarding the circumstances that led to his demise.
