On December 23, 2011, a body identified as Donald Edward Blackburn, Sr. was discovered in York, Pennsylvania. Despite being identified, he remains an unclaimed person. The circumstances of his passing are stated to be of natural causes, occurring at York Hospital. Unfortunately, no next of kin or relatives have come forward to claim his remains, leaving them unclaimed to this day.
