Michael De-Jesus-Fontanez, an unclaimed individual, was discovered unresponsive on September 19, 2019, in San Juan, Puerto Rico. Despite efforts to assist him, he was ultimately taken to an emergency room for medical attention. Sadly, there was no resolution that could change his fate, leading to the involvement of local authorities in documenting and caring for his remains.
