On December 22, 2019, the body of Jeremy Rayshawn Wilson was discovered in his Fort Worth, Texas apartment, marking the onset of a challenging unclaimed person case. Jeremy, identified by Namus ID: UCP129885, was found unresponsive by a neighbor who had decided to conduct a welfare check, concerned for his well-being.
