On January 6th, 2020, the body of Jean Bowers Winters was discovered in Watsonville, California. Her circumstances have remained a mystery as authorities attempt to locate her next of kin. Jean was born in Washington D.C. but had resided in the County of Santa Cruz for approximately 30 years prior to her passing. Despite her long tenure in the area, her connections or living relatives have yet to be identified or come forward.
