In December 2020, the Tarrant County Medical Examiner’s Office in Fort Worth, Texas, was called to investigate a case involving an unclaimed individual, later identified as Patrick Terrance Vanderslice, who was discovered deceased. The discovery took place on December 20, 2020, in a van that Vanderslice was reportedly living out of.
