On August 8, 2023, the body of a 70-year-old transient male, identified as Richard A. Guynes, was discovered in Kailua, Hawaii. Mr. Guynes was observed collapsing while walking, which prompted immediate medical attention. He was quickly transported to a nearby hospital, but unfortunately, he was pronounced dead shortly after his arrival.
