On August 8, 2023, the body of a 70-year-old transient male, identified as Richard A. Guynes, was discovered in Kailua, Hawaii. Mr. Guynes was observed collapsing while walking, which prompted immediate medical attention. He was quickly transported to a nearby hospital, but unfortunately, he was pronounced dead shortly after his arrival.

Efforts are currently underway to locate any next of kin for Mr. Guynes. His situation is managed under the jurisdiction of the Department of the Medical...
