On January 5, 2024, the lifeless body of an unidentified male, later named Phuc Nguyen, was discovered by a bystander in a storm culvert off Charlotte Pike in Nashville, Tennessee. The location, typically a conduit for stormwater, became the unusual setting for this unexpected and tragic find.
