In early February 2016, the body of a Caucasian female, identified as Terry J White, was found in Puyallup, Washington. Her case, registered under Namus ID: UCP2520, was managed by the Pierce County Medical Examiner's Office. Sadly, Terry J White died of natural causes at Good Samaritan Hospital, leaving no trace of known family or next of kin to take custody of her remains.
