Felix Ramos, a male, was found deceased on January 30, 2024, in Los Angeles, California. The incident occurred at around 8:15 p.m. when Ramos was crossing Manchester Avenue in the southbound direction outside of a designated crosswalk. A vehicle traveling eastbound on Manchester Avenue struck him. This tragic accident was not categorized as a hit-and-run.
