On March 9, 2024, Colleen Jeri Capp, an unclaimed female from Burbank, California, was found deceased under circumstances that prompted concerns from those who knew her. That morning, acquaintances who had noticed a lack of communication decided to conduct a welfare check on Colleen. At approximately 11:55 a.m., they discovered her unresponsive in her van. Unable to revive her or detect signs of life, they promptly called 911, seeking immediate assistance.
