On April 27, 2024, the body of Frederick Adam Carter was discovered in Riverview, Florida. Following the discovery, emergency medical services promptly transported Mr. Carter to HCA Brandon Hospital, located in Hillsborough County. Despite the medical team's efforts in the emergency department, Mr. Carter sadly passed away while receiving treatment.
