On July 13, 2024, the body of Karen Kathleen Terry, a 61-year-old woman, was found in Tacoma, Washington. Karen had passed away in a local hospital due to natural causes. Despite efforts by the Pierce County Medical Examiner's Office, no family members or friends have been located to claim her body or arrange for her burial. Consequently, Karen’s remains remain unclaimed.
