On August 28, 2024, a tragic incident unfolded on the streets of Long Beach, California. A man, believed to be experiencing homelessness, found himself in a perilous situation as he attempted to cross a street. In an unfortunate turn of events, he was struck by a vehicle. The driver of the vehicle promptly stopped and emergency services were called to the scene. The injured man, later identified as Phommy Ayai Masouk, was rushed to the local hospital for immediate medical attention.
