On the morning of October 19, 2024, at approximately 9:00 a.m., an unresponsive male individual was discovered in Los Angeles, California. The discovery was made by a passerby who found the decedent lying on a piece of cardboard on the sidewalk. The concerned passerby promptly called 911 to report the situation but left the scene before emergency responders arrived.
