Healed linear scar on the midline chest extending to the left upper chest, measuring 7 inches. 4. Healed linear scar on the left posterior distal upper extremity at the elbow, measuring 3 inches. 5. Multiple healed linear scars on the left anterior distal upper extremity, ranging from 1 inch to 2 inches in an area overall measuring 7 inches x 4 inches.

On October 25, 2024, the body of Alberto Pizarro Meléndez, an unclaimed individual, was discovered in San Juan, Puerto Rico. He was found lying on the pavement without any vital signs. Despite the efforts of the authorities, the circumstances surrounding his death and details about his identity remain unresolved.
