On January 1, 2021, in St. Louis, Missouri, the lifeless body of Dennis Moore was discovered lying on the sidewalk near a park bench. Clad in multiple layers of wet, saturated clothing, Moore's presence went unnoticed until a passerby stumbled upon the scene and alerted emergency services.
